These terms govern your use of the Packmap app ("the app"), provided by Martes Delta Co, LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

Acceptable use

Use the app only for its intended purpose of organizing your belongings. Don't use it to break the law or to interfere with the app's operation or other users.

Your content

The box names, item lists, and photos you create are yours. We don't claim ownership of them. You are responsible for the content you add and for keeping your own backups (for example, via iCloud).

Photo recognition

Item suggestions from photos are generated on your device and are provided for convenience only — they may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always review suggestions before relying on them.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost, mislabeled, or misplaced belongings, or for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms. We'll revise the date above when we make changes.
